- Lead supplier negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements to achieve optimal value
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, cost saving initiatives, and supply chain risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and support business operations

- Support inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain efficiency initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with experience in spend analysis and cost optimization
- Knowledge of procurement systems, ERP platforms, and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, procurement best practices, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or related qualifications are advantageous
