Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily activities within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to value based healthcare initiatives
- Plan and prioritize workloads, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to agreed quality standards
- Facilitate virtual team meetings, track project milestones, resolve operational issues, and escalate risks or barriers as needed
- Support process improvement, document procedures, prepare regular activity and performance reports
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, provide clear guidance and feedback
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and accountable team culture in a virtual environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision or coordination, including task planning, workload management, and performance follow up
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem solving and decision making abilities
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of accountability
- Proficiency with common digital collaboration and productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree in management, health administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision or coordination, including task planning, workload management, and performance follow up.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with skill in prioritizing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective virtual meetings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem solving and decision making abilities, including the capacity to identify risks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of accountability, while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Proficiency with common digital collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared document platforms, project tracking tools).
- Prior experience in healthcare, public health, health policy, or value based healthcare initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, health administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
