• Analyze existing business processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, duplication, and opportunities for automation.
• Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders to develop practical improvement solutions.
• Evaluate new processes, technologies, business models, and operational initiatives for feasibility and potential business impact.
• Build business cases, financial analyses, implementation plans, and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate external consultants, vendors, technology partners, and other third parties when required.
• Establish standardized PMO processes, templates, reporting structures, governance practices, and project controls.
• Track benefits realization and ensure completed projects are successfully transitioned into sustainable business-as-usual operations.
• Identify, validate, document, and standardize successful processes and best practices for future rollouts.
• Prepare executive-level presentations covering project progress, business impact, risks, lessons learned, and scalability opportunities.
• Drive a culture of accountability, structured execution, continuous improvement, and measurable results.

• Proven experience in Strategic Projects, PMO, Project Management, Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, Management Consulting, or a related field

.

• Approximately

5–10 years of experience

in strategic projects, PMO, operations excellence, or business transformation is preferred. (Joblum)

• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and implementation.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, project controls, and performance reporting.
• Experience with business process improvement, operational transformation, digital automation, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of

Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, financial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and operational teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments involving ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex business challenges.
• Strong experience developing project plans, business cases, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project-management and reporting tools

is an advantage.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect strategic initiatives with profitability, scalability, productivity, and business growth.
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, consultants, or strategic stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field
