Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, commercial, operational, transformation, and growth-related projects.
- Establish governance for scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and performance.
- Develop roadmaps, dashboards, action trackers, management reports, business cases, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve dependencies and execution barriers.
- Analyze processes, identify waste and automation opportunities, and facilitate improvement workshops.
