Working within the Precincts and Partnerships team, you will provide project, contract and administrative support to ensure project milestones, governance requirements and funding obligations are achieved.
Reporting to the Principal Project Manager, you will work closely with consultants, project partners, government agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor progress and support effective decision making. The role plays an important part in maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and briefings, coordinating meetings and workshops, and supporting procurement and contract administration processes.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple workstreams and can confidently manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for tracking actions and deliverables, monitoring project information and budgets, maintaining project systems and registers, and helping ensure obligations under partnership agreements and external funding arrangements are met.
Success in this role will come from your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You will be a proactive problem solver who can work independently, communicate clearly and anticipate project needs before they arise.
