Compensation
- Payout is $400K-$550K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to deliver solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure projects meet clinical requirements and standards.
- Monitor project progress using data-driven metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold an MD or equivalent medical degree with 5+ years of clinical or medical technology experience.
- Proven track record leading strategic projects in healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
- Ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies in a healthcare context.
