Strategic Planning Manager

Salary: QAR 35,000 per month

Pierre The Woman is seeking a highly organized and strategic Strategic Planning Manager to join our leadership team in Doha, Qatar.

Based at Msheireb Galleria, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term business direction, driving organizational growth, and supporting executive decision-making through strategic analysis and planning initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, conducting market research and competitive analysis, monitoring organizational performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

The Strategic Planning Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to align business objectives, evaluate project performance, and ensure the successful execution of corporate strategies.

The role also involves preparing strategic reports and presentations, analyzing financial and operational data, supporting business development initiatives, and recommending solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and market positioning.

The successful candidate will contribute to long-term planning processes and help establish performance metrics and key business objectives.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with proven experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or business analysis roles.

Strong analytical thinking, leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Experience working in retail, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries is considered an advantage.
