Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy Development:** Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational capabilities.
- **Market Intelligence:** Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends and competitor movements within the Doha Festival City ecosystem and the broader Qatari market.
- **Operational Alignment:** Work closely with department heads to develop KPIs that track the success of strategic initiatives.
- **Financial Analysis:** Monitor business performance against strategic goals, managing a management value structure of **QAR 35,000/month** in high-impact resource allocation.
- **Growth Initiatives:** Evaluate and spearhead new business ventures, partnerships, and expansion projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

- **Analytical Skills:** Expert proficiency in financial modeling and strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces).
- **Communication:** Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
