Strategic Planning Manager

Location: Al Wakrah, Al Wakrah Main Road, Commercial Complex, Al Wakrah

Salary: QAR 38,000 per month

Deskins Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Strategic Planning Manager to join our leadership team in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving long-term business planning initiatives, supporting organizational growth strategies, and ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, conducting market research and competitive analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for operational improvement and expansion.

The Strategic Planning Manager will collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional departments to support data-driven decision-making and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The role also involves preparing business forecasts, strategic reports, and presentations for executive leadership, evaluating organizational performance, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency, profitability, and market positioning.

The successful candidate will support corporate development activities and contribute to long-term planning processes that strengthen overall business performance.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or corporate development roles.

Strong analytical, leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Experience in corporate strategy, operational planning, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
