**Top Team Machines** is looking for a high-caliber **Strategic Planning Manager** to join our leadership team in Doha’s primary industrial hub.
As we expand our footprint in heavy machinery and industrial solutions, we need a strategist who can navigate the complexities of the manufacturing and supply chain landscape while driving long-term commercial growth.
Based at our **Industrial Area St 15** facility, you will be the architect of our operational roadmap.
You will analyze market shifts, optimize resource allocation, and ensure that every departmental goal aligns with our vision for industrial excellence in Qatar.
This role offers a premier salary of **QAR 35,000 per month** for a leader who can turn industrial data into a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- **Corporate Strategy:** Develop and execute the three-to-five-year strategic plan for Top Team Machines, focusing on market expansion and operational efficiency.
- **Industrial Market Analysis:** Monitor trends in the heavy machinery and industrial sectors within Qatar and the broader GCC to identify new revenue streams.
- **Operational Alignment:** Bridge the gap between our engineering, sales, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution of corporate objectives.
- **Performance Management:** Establish and track KPIs across the organization, managing an executive value structure of **QAR 35,000/month** in strategic resource deployment.
- **Supply Chain Optimization:** Work with the procurement and logistics heads to streamline the movement of machinery and parts, reducing lead times and overhead.
- **Risk Assessment:** Conduct thorough SWOT and PESTEL analyses to mitigate risks associated with industrial fluctuations and regulatory changes in Qatar.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. An MBA is highly desirable.
- **Experience:** 8–12 years of experience in strategic planning or business development, specifically within the **industrial, construction, or heavy machinery sectors**.
- **Analytical Skills:** Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic frameworks.
- **Communication:** Exceptional command of English; the ability to present complex strategies to the Board of Directors with clarity and conviction.
- **Location:** Must be able to work on-site at **Industrial Area St 15, Doha**.
