Overview
- We are looking for a senior, network-driven business development profile to help PlusRender and WhiteRock open strategic conversations across the GCC real estate market.
- This is not a traditional sales role.
- We are looking for someone who can create access, trust, and qualified opportunities with:
- Real estate developers
- Masterplan owners
- Family offices
- Holding groups
- Investment-led real estate companies
- Hospitality and mixed-use developers
- Commercial real estate firms such as CBRE, JLL, Savills, Knight Frank, and similar
- You would be offering our services of both of our companies, PlusRender and WhiteRock
- 1.
- PlusRender offers one of the most powerful interactive sales tools in the real estate market, used by leading developers like WASL, Ellington or Imkan, to improve off-plan sales locally and internationally.
- Our experiences allow buyers to explore a project in context, enter units in 360, see exact views, compare availability, and understand the development's value far beyond what most developers are using to sell off-plan like brochures, static renders, or a fly-through video.

- WhiteRock brings the innovative and premium European architecture to GCC.
- Already designing multiple projects with leading developers accross GCC.
- The role
- You will help us:
- Open doors with senior decision makers
- Arrange qualified meetings with developers and investment groups
- Support proposal meetings and strategic presentations
- Attend relevant real estate events and in-person meetings when needed
- Help position our architecture, visualization, and interactive sales solutions in the market
- Identify long-term partnership opportunities
- Ideal profile
- You should have:
- Strong real estate network in the GCC
- Experience with developers, investment groups, family offices, or commercial real estate firms
- Ability to speak with CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Sales, Development Directors, Investment Directors, and senior decision makers
- A strategic, relationship-driven approach
- Strong communication and credibility in client meetings
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, investment, brokerage, or developer partnerships is highly valued.
- Based in GCC.
Compensation
- Fixed retainer plus variable commission.
- We are open to structuring an initial pilot collaboration to validate fit, network quality, and opportunity flow.
