Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strong commercial and strategic partnerships and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Support partners to understand and adopt YouTube products or features to grow their channels and audience.
- Analyze and track metrics to identify trends and highlight issues to ensure performance growth.
- Execute against key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally.
- Work with teams across YouTube and cross-functional teams to share partner feedback, resolve business issues and scale opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA, MS or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience across business development/management consulting or strategy roles.
Experience in researching consumer trends, participant strategies and industry developments.
Excellent strategic consultation, communication and investigative skills to work with cross functional and executive stakeholders.
