About iGakko
- iGakko is a remedial learning venture focused on the fast growing Special Educational Needs (SEN) sector.
- Our flagship program, Skill Drill™, is a proprietary 42 week intervention model for Grades 5–10.
The Opportunity
- We are seeking 4 strategic founding partners/investors in the UAE to launch and scale iGakko across the GCC.
- Initial Raise: AED 100,000; Investment per Partner: AED 25,000.
- Funds will be used for UAE/GCC business setup, school and therapy partnerships, pilot launches, curriculum deployment, and brand expansion.
Equity Structure
- A new UAE entity will be incorporated for GCC operations.
- Ownership will be split equally among 5 founding stakeholders: Founder Equity 20%, 4 Investors Equity 20% each.
