Strategic Co Founder – Fundraising & Partnerships
- Location: Remote / Saudi Arabia

- Role Type: Co Founder | Equity Based | Long Term Commitment (No fixed salary)
- We are seeking a Strategic Co Founder to lead fundraising, strategic partnerships, and enterprise/government market entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute early stage fundraising plans
- Raise capital via co founder investment, strategic angels, early enterprise contracts, and partnership commitments
- Structure equity, revenue share, and partnership deals
- Build and manage partnerships with regional partners (KSA, EU, US), agencies, and system integrators
- Negotiate revenue sharing and co selling agreements
- Engage enterprise and government stakeholders
- Lead discussions with large enterprises and government entities
- Understand compliance, reliability, and procurement requirements
- Position LeadFlowNex as enterprise ready
- Represent LeadFlowNex in investor and partner meetings
- Refine pitch, narrative, and long term strategy
- Work closely with CEO on strategic decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must Have: Strong network in enterprise, government, or strategic investors
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships, and enterprise sales/strategy
- Founder/operator mindset with long term vision
- Nice to Have: Exposure to Middle East (KSA) or European markets
- SaaS / AI / B2B experience
- Prior startup or scale up experience
Compensation
- Equity: 5–10% (vesting over 3–4 years)
- Cliff: 6–12 months
- Cash: No fixed salary initially
- Performance incentives based on funds raised & partnerships closed
