For more than 20 years, we have supported organizations through online learning, executive workshops, and internationally oriented certification programs developed in collaboration with private universities and institutional partners.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner based in the United Arab Emirates to support the expansion of our executive education and leadership development activities across the region.
This is NOT a salaried employment opportunity.
We are offering a strategic long-term business partnership for senior professionals with strong corporate networks and experience in executive education, consulting, or corporate learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with HR Directors, Learning & Development leaders, and senior executives in major organizations across the UAE.
- Promote executive leadership programs, corporate learning solutions, and international certification pathways.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with private universities, business schools, and executive education institutions.
- Organize business meetings, webinars, and executive presentations.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships within sectors such as banking, financial services, energy, healthcare, aviation, telecommunications, government entities, and large family-owned business groups.
- Ideal profile
- Strong experience in B2B business development, executive education, consulting, or professional services.
- Established professional network within the UAE corporate ecosystem.
- Ability to engage high-level executives and institutional stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience selling premium services or corporate transformation solutions is considered a major asset.
