The E-Commerce Lead will drive digital sales growth, profitability, and market share across all Ideal Electrical product categories sold through the entire e-commerce channel.

They will manage both Sales & Channel strategy and will be responsible for creating and building out the Ecommerce strategy for IDEAL Electrical.

This leader will also be responsible for setting the strategic direction for digital marketing, ad spend, SEO & AEO capabilities.

This strategic leader will serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all eCommerce accounts which includes pure play e-tailers (Amazon) as well as the .coms for big box stores (THD.com), ensuring alignment with broader business goals and digital growth initiatives.
• Build out Digital Marketing strategy for execution in Ecommerce Channel
• Provide guidance on Product Innovation Strategy for Ecommerce Channel (packaging, pack size, etc.)
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key retail partners and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, trust, and long-term success.
