General tasks include but are not limited to digging out holes (both manually and with equipment), fill depressions with slag and or other SWMP approved materials, debris removal, storm water runoff / curb grubbing, maintenance and repair of installed BMP’s as directed by direct supervisor (to include waddles, track outs, silt fence(s), check damns, dandy bags, detention basins, and general site cleaning and maintenance).
Performs all other duties as required to meet organizational needs.
Ability to operate equipment, including but not limited to truck driving, ski steer operation (training and certification to be coordinated with supervisor, trench machine, general hand tools, and backpack blowers.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance of equipment as needed equipment operation.
Other duties as assigned.
Valid driver’s license required.
Means of transportation (as needed).
General knowledge of construction work sites relative to PPE and general safety awareness (as dictated by OSHA guidelines and company standards).
Must be consistently detail oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Budget-management skills.
Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in working with customer services, internal teams, and 3 rd party consultants.
