Role Overview
Support smooth warehouse operations by handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain organized inventory and accurate records while working with warehouse staff and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and track products using inventory management systems.
- Organize stock so products are readily available for orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment accurately and on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Complete shipping, receiving, and stock control documentation.
- Update inventory and shipment records as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow safety standards.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeper role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and computer use.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- English and Hindi language skills.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
