Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and track products in the warehouse using inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
- Report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Complete necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving, and stock control
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and safety standards
- Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/storekeeper role
- Familiarity with warehouse management and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- English and Hindi required

Overview
- We are seeking a reliable and efficient warehouse assistant/storekeeper to join our dynamic team.
- The warehouse assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory management: receive, store, and track products in the warehouse using inventory management systems. Ensure that stock is organized and readily available for orders.
- Order fulfillment: pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Stock control: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Documentation: complete necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving, and stock control. Update inventory and shipment records as required.
- Safety and cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and industry safety standards. Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in a warehouse/storekeeper role is must.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skill and teamwork skills.
- English and Hindi is required.
- Knowledge in other languages is a plus point.
