Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the warehouse and all stored lighting products, accessories, and materials
• Receive, inspect, and properly record all incoming items
• Ensure all delivery notes, material request forms, and approval documents are complete and properly authorized before releasing any items
• Issue materials strictly according to company rules, procedures, and approved documents
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and manual logs
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of lighting fixtures and fragile items
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff and helpers
• Enforce strict compliance with company rules, safety standards, and warehouse procedures
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or violations of procedures to management
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of the warehouse at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Keeper, preferably in a lighting or electrical company
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and documentation procedures
• Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP ( Odoo) / inventory software)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and firm in implementing company policies
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibility independently
• UAE experience is an advantage
• Preferably with own visa.
