Position Summary
Storekeeper responsible for warehouse shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, quality status, and transaction documentation.
Position based at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh Industrial Area.
Responsibilities
- Check documents and conditions of newly received materials to ensure compliant material handling.
- Coordinate newly received materials with stakeholders and track them in the warehouse database and ERP system.
- Record raw materials in the ERP system, apply barcode tags, and arrange materials in the warehouse.
- Issue production-requested raw materials using FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, average cost, and ERP issuance orders.
- Inspect warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to confirm adequate storage and company-standard conditions.
- Check raw material quantities monthly and compare warehouse balances with ERP records.
- Follow Nestlé SHE rules and procedures to protect personal and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in the same position or fresh graduate status.
- Computer literacy.
- Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.
