Storekeeper

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Check documents and conditions of newly received materials for compliance with material-handling processes.
• Coordinate received materials with stakeholders daily and track raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system against receiving orders.
• Record raw materials in the ERP system, apply barcode tags, and arrange materials in the warehouse.
• Issue demanded raw materials to production using FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, average cost, and related inventory techniques through ERP orders.
• Inspect the warehouse, raw materials, and equipment to confirm adequate storage space and compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Conduct monthly raw-material quantity checks and compare warehouse balances with ERP balances.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules and procedures to support personal and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in the same position or recent graduation.
• Computer literacy.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Workplace

• The role is based at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh Industrial Area.
