Storekeeper

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shopfloor storekeeping activities and ensure smooth material flow to production.
• Maintain inventory records for shopfloor materials, consumables, and finished or semi-finished goods.
• Prepare LPOs and manage replenishment for shopfloor operations.
• Coordinate material supply, vendor deliveries, and receipt of processed items for outsourced jobs.
• Conduct stock counts, reconcile physical and system inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise reorder requests.
• Maintain records for goods received, issued, and returned, including GRNs and material issue notes.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Accounts on material flow and vendor payments.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is listed under required qualifications, while the education section describes a bachelor's degree as preferred.
• At least three years of Storekeeper experience with hands-on shopfloor or manufacturing storekeeping experience is required.
• At least two years of GCC work experience is required.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Skills and Competencies

• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
• Proficiency in at least one ERP system, such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally, or a similar system, is required.
• Knowledge of LPO preparation, inventory management, and stock reconciliation is required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills are required.
• The role requires independent store management under minimal supervision.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
