  • Receive all incoming spare parts, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
  • Physically unload items from trucks, containers, delivery vehicles, and suppliers.
  • Check the quantity, description, part number, size, model, and condition of received items.
  • Compare received items with the Purchase Order, Delivery Note, Invoice, or other supporting documents.
  • Report shortages, excess quantities, wrong items, damaged items, or missing items immediately.
  • Prepare and maintain Goods Received / Stock IN records.
  • Label and identify newly received items before placing them in the warehouse.
  • Ensure received items are stored in the correct location.
  • Prepare items requested by the Sales, Operations, After-Sales, Maintenance, or other authorized departments.
  • Physically pick and collect items from the warehouse.
  • Check part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and specifications before releasing items.
  • Prepare Stock OUT / Material Issue records.
  • Obtain the required approval/signature before releasing stock.
  • Pack and prepare items for customer delivery, site delivery, courier, or internal use.
  • Ensure no company stock is released without proper authorization.
  • Lift, carry, move, load, unload, and arrange stock as required.
  • Handle heavy spare parts, machinery components, tools, pipes, fittings, pumps, motors, and other warehouse materials safely.
  • Use appropriate handling equipment such as trolleys, pallet jacks, forklifts, lifting equipment, or other available equipment when required and authorized.
  • Assist drivers and logistics personnel during loading and unloading.
  • Ensure heavy items are stored safely and securely.
  • Keep frequently used items easily accessible.
  • Maintain proper stacking and storage to prevent damage or accidents.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly arranged at all times.
  • Assign and maintain proper locations for different types of stock.
  • Arrange items according to part number, category, size, model, or other company identification system.
  • Label shelves, racks, boxes, pallets, and storage areas.
  • Ensure items are not placed randomly or left on the warehouse floor unnecessarily.
  • Keep aisles, emergency exits, and working areas clear.
  • Separate damaged, returned, rejected, or unidentified items from usable stock.
  • Maintain accurate physical stock quantities.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counting.
  • Compare physical stock with system/Excel records.
  • Immediately report differences between physical stock and recorded stock.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts.
  • Identify slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, or obsolete items.
  • Report missing or damaged stock to the Store/Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all stock movements are recorded on time.
  • Prepare items for transfer between warehouse, company branches, projects, workshops, and customer sites.
  • Record all stock transfers properly.
  • Check quantities before loading.
  • Ensure transferred items are accompanied by the required documents.
  • Obtain confirmation/signature when items are delivered to another location.
  • Update stock records after every transfer.
  • Prepare materials and spare parts for customer deliveries.
  • Physically load items into company vehicles or delivery trucks.
  • Ensure items are properly packed and secured before transportation.
  • Check delivery documents against the actual items being loaded.
  • Assist drivers during loading and unloading.
  • Confirm that the correct quantity and items are dispatched.
  • Receive returned materials and spare parts.
  • Check the condition and quantity of returned items.
  • Record returned stock separately.
  • Inform the concerned department regarding damaged, incorrect, or defective returns.
  • Keep returned/damaged items in a designated area until further instruction.
  • Do not return items to normal stock without proper checking and authorization
  • Maintain records of company tools and equipment issued to employees or site personnel.
  • Record tool/equipment IN and OUT movements.
  • Check tools before issuing and after returning.
  • Report lost, damaged, or missing tools immediately.
  • Ensure tools are returned after completion of work or project.
  • Maintain proper storage of company tools and equipment.
