Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, spare parts, and tools
- Issue materials according to approved material requests while maintaining proper documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and annual inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all inventory items
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Maintenance departments regarding material requirements
- Verify delivery notes, invoices, and other supporting documents
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store
- Identify slow moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory and report accordingly
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in armored vehicle, automotive, or heavy equipment industry
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, tools, and workshop consumables
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and record keeping skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)

- Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, stock reconciliation, cycle counting).
- Experience handling vehicle components, fabrication materials, and workshop tools.
- Familiarity with UAE warehouse and inventory practices is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
