Receiving and inventory

• Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark it for placement, and deliver it to the appropriate department.
• Stack merchandise on pallets or carts and complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Notify managers or supervisors about low stock levels and rotate stored stock appropriately.
• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, quality, dates, and correct quantities; refuse damaged or incorrect items.

Food safety and sanitation

• Store perishables properly and follow food safety and handling policies across food-related areas.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash and place them in designated storage areas.

Preferred qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as preferred.
• No related work experience and no supervisory experience are listed.
• No license or certification is listed, although the role requires completing safety training and certifications.

Physical and safety requirements

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and comply with safety training and company procedures.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move through narrow, confined, elevated, uneven, or slippery spaces.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Read and visually verify information and use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects.
