About the Role

Inventory and Store Operations

• Maintain stock levels for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
• Conduct stock counts, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
• Label, store, and track materials in the inventory system.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue materials to production against approved requisitions.
• Monitor reorder levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Keep the store area clean and organized.

Documentation and Coordination

• Maintain stock entries, issue reports, and daily or weekly inventory summaries.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management software.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.

Quality and Safety

• Ensure appropriate storage conditions for plastic raw materials.
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals, additives, and other materials.
• Report damaged, expired, or substandard materials immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of Storekeeper experience, preferably in plastic manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of plastic raw materials such as polymers and additives is an advantage.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, preferably ERP.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
