Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and tools according to delivery notes and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requests
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement team for replenishment
- Perform data entry of all material transactions into ERP system accurately
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with ERP records
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage and oversee material storage and inventory control for our construction projects.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry, strong inventory management skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and tools according to delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requests.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Perform data entry of all material transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Ensure that materials are stored in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with ERP/system records.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding material requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area.
Requirements
