Job Overview
- Storekeeper – Ready Mix / Construction Materials (ERP & GRN Experience)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials and ensure proper matching with purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier documents.
- Update and maintain inventory records in ERP systems (Oracle, GDMS, DPOS, etc.) with accurate stock entries, transactions, and adjustments.
- Manage store operations, including material receiving, GRN entry, stock usage, issuance, and inventory control for construction and ready mix materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, spare parts, and consumables).
- Implement FIFO/FEFO principles, conduct regular stock reconciliation, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of all store activities, including GRNs, delivery notes, stock reports, and inventory records to ensure audit compliance.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,000 4,000 per month plus accommodation and transportation (negotiable)
