Storekeeper

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Verify materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approved documents.
• Store and organize materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Issue materials to projects and site teams based on approved requests.
• Maintain stock records and conduct physical stock counts.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
• Update material transactions in the ERP system.
• Track damaged, excess, obsolete, and returned materials.
• Coordinate requirements with Procurement, Projects, Accounts, and Site Teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and organized store.
• Prepare inventory and stock status reports.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and inventory-control policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• UAE experience as a Storekeeper is mandatory.
• Experience in MEP or construction stores is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and computerized inventory management.
• Good knowledge of material receiving, issuing, stock control, and inventory procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,624.28 to AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
