Requirements and Preferences
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of Russian is preferred.
- Previous storekeeping experience is preferred and considered important for the position.
Inventory and Stock Control
- Maintain accurate records of school inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain appropriate inventory quantities.
- Update inventory records in the school inventory tracking system.
- Document stock receipts, transfers, distributions, consumption patterns, shortages, and irregularities.
Receiving and Verification
- Receive and inspect all delivered goods and supplies.
- Verify delivered items against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the Procurement Officer and relevant departments.
- Record received goods before distribution or storage.
Storage Management
- Organize and maintain storage areas in a safe, efficient, and accessible manner.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for supplies and equipment.
- Arrange stock according to safety standards and Health and Safety requirements.
- Keep storage facilities clean, secure, and well organized.
Distribution and Audits
- Distribute supplies to departments according to approved requests and maintain issue records.
- Ensure appropriate authorization for stock withdrawals where required.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and assist with inventory verification and audits.
- Prepare inventory, usage, discrepancy, and fixed asset reports.
Systems and Documentation
- Maintain stock registers and asset tracking records in basic Excel sheets or the school inventory management system.
- Maintain supporting documentation for inventory transactions.

- The work location is in person.
