Overview
Emirates Hospitality Center is seeking a Storekeeper with a strong background in the catering and hospitality industry to manage food, beverage, and catering supplies.
The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock control, and coordinating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Receive food, beverage, equipment, and other catering-related supplies.
- Check quantities, quality, expiry dates, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure proper storage conditions in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests when required.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Kitchen, F&B, and Finance/Cost Control teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Ensure all stock movements are properly documented.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain required records.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Storekeeper experience, preferably within catering, central kitchen, contract catering, or hospitality operations.
