Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Complete requisition forms and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, quality, and correct dating.
• Refuse damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash and place them in proper storage areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and support team goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• The role requires handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• The role requires working around narrow, confined, elevated, uneven, or slippery areas.

Schedule and Work Environment

• The position is full time and not remote.
• The work involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and may include stairs or service ramps.
• The role requires fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects.
