Receiving and Inspection

Receive incoming shipments of LED cabinets, modules, power supplies, cabling, and structural materials.
Inspect deliveries for physical damage and report discrepancies, defects, or missing items to management.
Verify quantities and technical specifications against purchase orders and packing slips.

Inventory Management and Tracking

Maintain accurate real-time inventory logs using inventory management software or tracking sheets.
Organize materials by category, including indoor and outdoor LED modules, structural bases, and wiring.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor essential installation consumables and flag items for reorder.
Store goods using the First-In, First-Out method.

Dispatch and Project Coordination

Prepare and stage screens, mounting hardware, cables, and other equipment for scheduled installations.
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to issue equipment for project dimensions and site requirements.
Inspect returned project equipment for damage before returning usable items to active inventory.

Storage, Safety, and Maintenance

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Store sensitive electronic equipment under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions.
Dispose of or recycle bulk packaging materials such as cardboard and wooden crates.
Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and safely operated.

Requirements

Ability to verify incoming LED equipment, cabling, and structural materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
Familiarity with inventory management software or structured inventory tracking sheets.
Knowledge of FIFO storage, stock auditing, and cycle-counting practices.
Ability to handle and store sensitive electronic equipment under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions.
