Position Purpose
Provide remote and in-field technology support for Sephora stores across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Support store infrastructure, connectivity, POS hardware, payment terminals, back-office equipment, and store applications.
Contribute to store openings, renovations, hardware refreshes, incident resolution, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, vendors, and business continuity.
Stakeholder Environment
- Work with local IT teams, external vendors, EME teams, LVMH teams, and retail stakeholders across the region.
- Support a diverse environment covering retail stores, back-office users, POS areas, Apple devices, and Microsoft devices.
Relationship and Organization
- Manage vendor hardware expenses, negotiations, stock, shortages, and business continuity processes.
- Set up partner dashboards and metrics, measure quality of service, and follow up on SLA/SLO performance.
- Follow relevant IT policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and Sephora and LVMH technology standards.
