Responsibilities
- Supervise and support store staff during daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and well presented
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock counts
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer and point of sale (POS) system knowledge
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required

Store Supervisor
