A **Store Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store or specific department to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
They act as the link between store management and frontline staff, making sure employees are productive, customers are satisfied, and company standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate store staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
- Monitor sales performance and help meet targets
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and restocking activities
- Train, guide, and support sales associates and cashiers
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service focus and retail experience
- Basic knowledge of inventory and sales systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Pay: QAR70,000.00 - QAR106,000.00 per year
