Store Supervisor

Position Overview

Store Operations

• Supervise receiving, issuing, stocking, staff productivity, discipline, and safety.
• Ensure documentation for inward and outward material movements.
• Maintain stock records, conduct stock counts, monitor stock levels, and support reordering.
• Prevent stock losses through proper storage, handling, and security.

Documentation and Reporting

• Verify Delivery Notes, Goods Receipt Notes, and other material documents.
• Maintain updated ERP or inventory software records, including systems such as Odoo or SAP.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

Material Handling and Storage

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Implement FIFO or FEFO methods.
• Ensure safe handling of fragile and heavy items.

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
• Support timely delivery of materials to customers or internal departments.
• Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Compliance and Staff Guidance

• Enforce company policies, store SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store premises.
• Train and guide store staff on proper work practices.
