About the Role
TJX Canada is seeking a Store Service Manager (Logistics) to oversee outbound merchandise flow from Distribution Centers to stores across Canada.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of outbound merchandise flow across TJX Canada’s network.
- Drive exceptional service for Stores and District Managers by balancing customer needs and operational priorities.
- Serve as the key escalation point for complex logistics and store service challenges.
- Partner with carriers, 3PL providers, and cross functional teams to optimize transportation performance.
- Oversee daily outbound operations, managing shipment visibility, delivery exceptions, and transportation risks.
- Lead strategic initiatives including peak season planning, inventory programs, new Store openings, and Store relocations.
- Analyze performance metrics and operational trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with Store Operations leaders, District Managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or a related operational environment.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading high performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, distribution, and store delivery operations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with data driven decision making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Post secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- CITT designation or another professional transportation or logistics certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- CITT designation or another professional transportation or logistics certification.
- Experience with transportation management, visibility, or distribution network systems.

Salary Range
- CAD 89,208.00 CAD 135,086.40 / year
