Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to ensure products are stocked, displays are set, and stores are customer-ready every day.
The role involves hands-on work in the store, supporting merchandising, project execution, and store operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and making a direct impact on the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
- Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
- Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
- Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
- Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
- Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
