Job Purpose

  • To assist in the efficient operation of the store by managing inventory records, processing material receipts and issues through the ERP system, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of all materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP system.
  • Record all inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system, including receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
  • Issue materials to technicians, projects, and departments as per approved requests.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory balances.
  • Organize and arrange materials in designated storage locations.
  • Ensure proper inward and outward movement of materials with supporting documentation.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Generate inventory and stock reports from the ERP system as required.
  • Maintain proper filing of store documents, including GRNs, delivery notes, material issue vouchers, and stock records.
  • Ensure the store is kept clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience using ERP systems for inventory and store management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems for processing GRNs and inventory transactions.
  • Knowledge of stock management, material issuance, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and record keeping abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy of inventory records.
  • Timely processing of GRNs and inventory transactions.
  • Proper organization and housekeeping of the store.
  • Stock variance and discrepancy control.
  • Compliance with company store procedures and documentation requirements.

Pay

  • AED 1,500.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
