Role overview
Lead daily operations for a repair and maintenance center serving multiple technical equipment categories.
Coordinate technicians, customer service, repair workflows, inventory, reporting, and operational compliance.
Operations and supervision
- Manage and coordinate technicians and staff across different repair and maintenance services.
- Supervise receiving, diagnosis, repair, testing, and collection or delivery of customer items.
- Assign repair jobs according to technician skills and specialization.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Train and guide employees on procedures, customer service, equipment handling, and safety.
Technical and customer service
- Supervise repairs involving musical instruments, appliances, electronics, telecommunications equipment, computers, mobile phones, and other listed devices.
- Inspect completed repairs and ensure equipment is properly tested before customer return.
- Handle complex technical issues and customer complaints.
- Keep customers updated on repair status, costs, delays, and additional work.
