About the Company
Tech Guru Store is the e-commerce arm of Tech Guru IT Solutions in Nehru Place, New Delhi.
The business sells laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV, and licensed software across India.
Products are sold as Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished, and Used.
Role Overview
The Store Operations Manager owns activity after a customer places an order.
The position is the most senior operations role in the business, reports directly to the Founder, and has five direct reports.
Order and Inventory Operations
- Own the order-to-dispatch SLA and daily open-order board, targeting at least 95% same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 15:00.
- Own warehouse and counter inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and serial-number discipline, targeting at least 99% accuracy.
- Approve inventory adjustments, credit notes, and refunds within authority limits.
Team and Partner Management
- Lead five staff covering procurement, QC and refurbishment, warehouse and dispatch, customer support, and returns.
