Coordinate DIST001 warehouse transfers and maintain documentation integrity
Lead store-level administrative functions including back-end documentation, order tracking, and system reporting
Maintain compliance with all standard operating procedures related to receiving, stock handling, and invoicing
Support audit readiness through accurate record keeping and organization
Implement systems and improvements to streamline daily operations, reduce redundancies, and support store-wide efficiency
Manage store invoicing workflow—ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with finance protocols
Coordinate with Head Office Credit and Finance to reconcile discrepancies and oversee credit notes
Track and follow up on purchase orders pending for 7+ days and missing invoices pending for 21+ days
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and logistics contacts to ensure prompt deliveries and smooth receiving
