Store Manager

Purpose of role

Key responsibilities

• Establish sales plans and analyze daily trends to drive results.
• Manage customer service, human resources, inventory, store appearance, and omnichannel solutions.
• Direct merchandise processing, replenishment, markdowns, shipment receipt, and floor sets.
• Oversee operations, audits, shrink, payroll, scheduling, and store safety.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain teammates while leading performance management.

Qualifications and requirements

• Minimum three years of management experience.
• Minimum one year managing in sports, apparel, or footwear retail.
• Local language fluency and basic verbal and written English are required.
• Ability to interpret metrics, solve complex problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift or relocate products up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods.

Work environment

• The role is based in a physical retail store and requires access to sales, stock, register, and fitting-room areas.

Base compensation

• Base salary range is $60,981.87 to $99,781.58 per year.
• Placement within the range depends on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
