The Store Manager oversees day-to-day store operations in a full-time, on-site role in Sharjah.
The role covers inventory control, stock replenishment, material storage, documentation, staff supervision, and internal material access.
Operational Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams.
- Manage goods receipt and issuance.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Follow procedures for stock handling.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
- Supervise store staff and delegate tasks.
- Optimize storage space utilization.
- Provide timely access to required materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in storekeeping, inventory management, and warehouse operations in facilities management, construction, or a related industry is required.
- Experience with inventory systems, ERP or similar software, and basic MS Office is required.
- Organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Knowledge of safe material handling, storage standards, and basic health and safety regulations is required.
- Leadership and staff supervision capability is required.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE or GCC experience and familiarity with local regulations are advantageous.
