Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a Freshslice Pizza location
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure consistent, friendly, and efficient guest service
- Monitor product quality, food safety standards, inventory levels, and ordering to maintain freshness and reduce waste
- Handle cash management, basic reporting, and adherence to company policies and operational procedures
- Support local marketing initiatives, foster a positive team culture, and ensure the store meets sales and profitability goals
Requirements
- Experience in retail or restaurant management, with skills in leadership, team supervision, and coaching
- Operational skills in inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and basic reporting
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to perform hands on duties in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous quick service or pizza industry experience is an asset
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Post secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage

Role Description
- The Store Manager is a full time, on site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for overseeing daily operations of a Freshslice Pizza location.
- This position manages staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure consistent, friendly, and efficient guest service.
- The Store Manager monitors product quality, food safety standards, inventory levels, and ordering to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- In addition, the role includes handling cash management, basic reporting, and adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- The Store Manager also supports local marketing initiatives, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures the store meets sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications
