Suzanne’s is seeking a Store Manager for its Haney Place Mall location.
The Store Manager leads Wardrobe Specialists, develops employees, and ensures personalized customer service.
The role centers on fashion sales, customer experience, team leadership, and daily store operations.
Store Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Develop sales, scheduling, operational, and local marketing plans.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
- Communicate initiatives, promotions, procedures, and operational updates.
- Deliver personalized service and build customer loyalty.
- Prepare performance updates for the District Manager.
- Coordinate merchandise deliveries and store presentation.
- Maintain communication with Head Office and foster a positive workplace.
Experience and Requirements
- Candidates should have two to four years of retail management experience.
- Fashion retail experience of at least two years is required.
- A driving licence is required.
- The role involves standing for long periods, lifting boxes up to 30 pounds, climbing ladders, and cleaning duties.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for fashion, sales, and customer experiences are expected.
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range is $46,800 to $48,400 per year.
- Benefits include dental, extended health, and life insurance, on-site parking, a store discount, and future professional development opportunities.
- RRSP and DPSP matching is available after two years.
Work Location
- Work location is in person at the Maple Ridge, British Columbia store.
