Snappy Laundry in Dubai is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires a diploma in business or customer service, previous retail/laundry experience, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with laundry drop off and pick up
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and update order information
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area
- Explain laundry packages, memberships, and promotions to customers
- Upsell additional services such as dry cleaning, ironing, stain removal, and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers
- Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to attract new clients
- Tag and label clothes accurately to prevent mix ups
- Coordinate with washing, ironing, and delivery teams for timely order completion
- Maintain records of daily sales, transactions, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Diploma in business or customer service preferred
- Previous experience in retail, laundry, or service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English and Arabic will be an advantage
- Good computer and POS skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
