Position Overview
Lead and manage boutique operations, sales performance, client development, and team effectiveness.
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while achieving commercial objectives and operational excellence.
Commercial Performance
- Achieve boutique sales targets, profitability objectives, and commercial KPIs.
- Develop action plans, monitor performance metrics, identify market opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Client Experience
- Develop VIP and high-net-worth client relationships and lead clienteling initiatives.
- Oversee CRM use, client database management, private appointments, events, and customer engagement activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; set objectives and monitor performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and talent development.
Boutique Operations
- Maintain smooth daily operations, boutique presentation, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and stock accuracy.
